Recently, we chatted with Acquia about the Calais modules for integration with Drupal that we developed in partnership with Thomson Reuters.

Calais is Thomson Reuters’ Semantic Web service that enables publishers to automatically metatag the people, places, facts and events in their content to increase its search accessibility on the Web. It is a rapidly growing toolkit of capabilities that allow web site and application owners to readily incorporate state-of-the-art semantic functionality within a blog, content management system, web site or application.
